Cancellation Policy

Dance With Me – Mother’s Day Minishoots Terms & Conditions 1. Booking & Payment All bookings must be made in advance via the Picaboo Studio booking system. A full payment of $150 is required at the time of booking to secure your session. Bookings are only confirmed once payment has been received. 2. Session Details Each session is 20 minutes in duration. Sessions will take place on Saturday, 9 May 2026 at the Picaboo Studio. Please arrive on time for your session. Late arrivals may result in reduced shooting time. 3. What’s Included • 20-minute studio session • 5 professionally edited images • Images delivered in both colour and black & white (where suitable) • Online gallery for viewing and selection 4. Image Selection & Delivery Clients will be invited to select their 5 included images from an online gallery. Additional images may be available for purchase at standard Picaboo Studio pricing. Final edited images will be delivered digitally within 2–3 weeks after selection. 5. Cancellations & Rescheduling All bookings are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, you may request to transfer your session to another person. Rescheduling is not guaranteed due to the limited nature of minishoot sessions. In the unlikely event that Picaboo Studio needs to cancel or reschedule, a full refund or alternative date will be offered. 6. Participation & Responsibility These sessions are designed to capture natural, fun, and active moments. Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising children at all times during the session. Picaboo Studio is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur during the session. 7. Creative Style By booking, clients acknowledge and agree to Picaboo Studio’s creative style and editing approach. Images will be edited in line with the studio’s portfolio and artistic direction. 8. Music & Session Experience Clients are encouraged to provide a song of their choice prior to the session. While every effort will be made to incorporate your music, technical limitations may apply. 9. Use of Images By attending the session, clients grant Picaboo Studio permission to use images for portfolio, website, and marketing purposes, unless otherwise requested in writing prior to the session. 10. Acceptance of Terms By booking a session, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. For Mum, With Love We can’t wait to capture beautiful, real moments with you and your family.
