Cancellation Policy
Booking & Confirmation All event photography bookings must be made in advance through our booking system or via written confirmation. A booking is only confirmed once the non-refundable deposit equal to the first hour ($200) has been paid. This deposit secures your date and photographer. Minimum Booking: A minimum booking of one (1) hour applies to all event photography services. Pricing First hour: $200 Each additional hour: $100 per hour Clients are encouraged to book the number of hours they believe they will need. Additional hours may be added in advance or on the day of the event, subject to availability, and will be invoiced after the event if required. Payment: The remaining balance must be paid on or before the event day, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Any additional hours or add-ons will be invoiced after the event and must be paid within the stated invoice timeframe. Cancellations & Rescheduling: The booking deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event will be charged the full booked amount. Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested as early as possible. Arrival & Coverage Time: Photography coverage begins at the scheduled booking start time, not arrival time. Setup, travel, and preparation are not included in the booked photography time. The photographer will arrive early to ensure they are ready to shoot from the booked start time. Image Delivery: All suitable images will be professionally edited for colour, exposure, and consistency. Final images are delivered via a private online digital gallery, which is easy to download and share. Turnaround times may vary depending on event size but are typically communicated after the event. Usage & Copyright: Picaboo Party retains copyright of all images. Clients receive a personal-use licence to download and share images. Images may be used by Picaboo Party for marketing, portfolio, website, and social media purposes unless otherwise requested in writing prior to the event. Client Responsibility: Clients are responsible for ensuring access to the event location and advising of any restrictions, special requirements, or photography limitations in advance.
