Perfect for LinkedIn profiles, company websites, CVs, email signatures, and business platforms, this session focuses on delivering polished results quickly and efficiently. This package is ideal if you are updating an existing profile photo, starting a new role, or simply refreshing your online presence. The session is short and streamlined, but still guided — you will receive posing direction, expression coaching, and lighting that flatters while keeping everything natural and professional. Express Headshots are typically photographed against a simple studio background to ensure a timeless and versatile result that works across multiple platforms. The focus is on you: your confidence, approachability, and professionalism. Each selected image is carefully retouched to maintain a natural look while refining skin tone, brightness, and overall balance. This package is best suited for individuals who want high-quality imagery with minimal fuss, and who already have a clear idea of how the images will be used. While the session is brief, attention to detail and consistency remain a priority, ensuring you walk away with images that represent you at your best.
Cancellation Policy
Booking & Payment All Commercial Headshot sessions require full payment or a non-refundable deposit, as stated at the time of booking, to secure the session date and time. Bookings are not confirmed until payment has been received. Prices confirmed at booking will be honoured for that session. Any additional images, services, or upgrades requested after booking will be charged separately. Cancellations & Rescheduling Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session. One reschedule may be offered at the Photographer’s discretion and subject to availability. Cancellations within 48 hours of the session or failure to attend the session (no-shows) will result in forfeiture of all payments made. Deposits are non-refundable. If the Photographer must cancel due to illness, emergency, or circumstances beyond their control, the Client will be offered a reschedule or a full refund. No further compensation will be provided. Session Duration & Deliverables Session duration and the number of final edited images are determined by the package selected at booking. Session times are approximate and include setup, shooting time, and direction. Late arrival may result in a reduced session time without adjustment to pricing or deliverables. Additional images may be purchased separately. Image Selection & Editing The Photographer retains full creative control over image selection and editing. Images are edited in the Photographer’s professional style with a natural, polished finish suitable for commercial use. Basic retouching is included. Extensive or specialised retouching may incur additional fees. RAW files are not provided. Turnaround Time Standard delivery time is 5–7 business days unless otherwise stated in writing. Delivery times may vary during peak periods. Rush delivery may be available for an additional fee if arranged prior to or at the time of booking. Copyright & Usage All images remain the copyright of the Photographer. Clients receive a non-exclusive licence for personal and professional use, including websites, social media, marketing, and print. Images may not be sold, transferred, licensed to third parties, or altered without written permission. Marketing & Liability Unless otherwise requested in writing prior to the session, the Photographer may use selected images for portfolio and promotional purposes. Participation is at the Client’s own risk. Liability is limited to the return of payments made.
