Service Description
- 15-20minutes per person session - 2 final retouched images per person (high-res + web ready) - Online gallery - One group shot included The Premium Brand Headshot experience is designed for individuals who want their images to tell a story and support a personal or professional brand. This package is ideal for entrepreneurs, executives, creatives, speakers, and anyone whose image plays a key role in how they are perceived. This session allows time for intentional planning and creative direction. Before the shoot, we discuss how and where the images will be used — website, social media, media features, marketing campaigns — ensuring the final images align with your brand values and goals. During the session, you’ll be guided through multiple looks, expressions, and poses to create a cohesive yet varied gallery. Premium Brand Headshots may include different backgrounds, lighting styles, or subtle environmental elements, depending on your vision. The aim is to create images that feel confident, authentic, and visually aligned with your brand identity. Each selected image receives detailed, professional retouching while maintaining a natural and timeless look. This package is ideal if you want a versatile image library that can be used consistently across platforms and over time, supporting long-term brand growth rather than a single update.
Cancellation Policy
Booking & Payment All Commercial Headshot sessions require full payment or a non-refundable deposit, as stated at the time of booking, to secure the session date and time. Bookings are not confirmed until payment has been received. Prices confirmed at booking will be honoured for that session. Any additional images, services, or upgrades requested after booking will be charged separately. Cancellations & Rescheduling Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session. One reschedule may be offered at the Photographer’s discretion and subject to availability. Cancellations within 48 hours of the session or failure to attend the session (no-shows) will result in forfeiture of all payments made. Deposits are non-refundable. If the Photographer must cancel due to illness, emergency, or circumstances beyond their control, the Client will be offered a reschedule or a full refund. No further compensation will be provided. Session Duration & Deliverables Session duration and the number of final edited images are determined by the package selected at booking. Session times are approximate and include setup, shooting time, and direction. Late arrival may result in a reduced session time without adjustment to pricing or deliverables. Additional images may be purchased separately. Image Selection & Editing The Photographer retains full creative control over image selection and editing. Images are edited in the Photographer’s professional style with a natural, polished finish suitable for commercial use. Basic retouching is included. Extensive or specialised retouching may incur additional fees. RAW files are not provided. Turnaround Time Standard delivery time is 5–7 business days unless otherwise stated in writing. Delivery times may vary during peak periods. Rush delivery may be available for an additional fee if arranged prior to or at the time of booking. Copyright & Usage All images remain the copyright of the Photographer. Clients receive a non-exclusive licence for personal and professional use, including websites, social media, marketing, and print. Images may not be sold, transferred, licensed to third parties, or altered without written permission. Marketing & Liability Unless otherwise requested in writing prior to the session, the Photographer may use selected images for portfolio and promotional purposes. Participation is at the Client’s own risk. Liability is limited to the return of payments made.
