Cancellation Policy

Minimum Booking: All Picabooth bookings require a minimum of 2 hours, charged at $300. The first 2 hours are non-refundable and secure your booking. Additional hours can be purchased in advance via our website and are subject to availability. While we encourage clients to book the time they expect to need, if you decide on the day that you’d like us to stay longer and we are able to do so, additional hours will be charged after the event at the standard hourly rate. Payment & Refunds: The first 2 hours are non-refundable. Additional hours booked in advance are refundable only if cancelled more than 48 hours before the event start time. Any extra time added during the event will be invoiced after the event and must be paid within the timeframe stated on the invoice. Cancellation & Rescheduling: A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations within 48 hours are not eligible for refunds beyond the first 2 hours. Rescheduling is subject to availability and at Picaboo Studio’s discretion. Setup & Pack Down: Picabooth requires 1 hour for setup and 30 minutes for pack-down. Setup and pack-down time are not included in the booked booth time and must be accommodated by the venue. Booth operation time begins at the agreed start time only. Client Information Form: A Client Information Form must be completed prior to the event. All information provided must be accurate and truthful, including timings, venue access, power supply, and contact details. Picaboo Studio is not responsible for delays or reduced service caused by incorrect or incomplete information. Event Requirements & Responsibility: The client is responsible for providing suitable space, safe access, and a reliable power supply. The client is also responsible for guest behaviour. Any damage caused to the booth, props, or equipment due to misuse or negligence may be charged to the client. Image Use: Unless agreed otherwise in writing, Picaboo Studio may use images captured by the Picabooth for portfolio and marketing purposes. Requests to opt out must be made in writing prior to the event. Agreement By booking the Picabooth, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.
